I recently retired from 30+ years in Human Resources and Corporate Training. I have worked in a variety of industries, including: insurance, banking, non-profits, professional service firms, construction, and manufacturing. In my most recent position as a consultant to small- and medium-sized business, my client base included non-profits, community banks, medical device manufacturers, real estate, self-storage, and pharmaceutical. I have been responsible for the full range of activities in HR, including training, coaching, benefit program design, and legal compliance.
