About Madeline
I currently work for Raytheon Corporation as a Cybersecurity
professional supporting corporate IT Security efforts from within the Information
Assurance group. In this position I play a critical role in protecting company assets that
may store or process valuable company data from potential cyber-attacks an help
maintain our company's reputation as a cyber-security leader. I have also served as
Information Assurance Manager (ISSM) for the Raytheon Cyber Lab. The cyberspace
facility is used to test systems against cyber-attacks, and to test and evaluate advanced
cyber defense and offense technologies, to conduct force-on-force cyber games, to train
cyber professionals, and to provide an engineering environment to integrate cyber
technologies from many laboratories of Raytheon, supply chain vendors, universities
and other partners. In that role, I ensured security policies and procedures were
followed and integrity of the system was maintained. I am a retired E-7/MSgt. My
specialty was computer operations. I was a 3C7. Last assignment was managing the
system administration branch for the Secretary of the Air Force’s Network, supporting
the Air Staff at the Pentagon. I’ve been married for over 26 years. We have three
children. Hobbies include running, reading, and budding wine connoisseur.
