Commanding a unit responsible for ensuring individual Marines, Sailors, and civilians are trained and educated to meet requirements for deployment supporting combat operations worldwide.

• Lead and directed a staff of over 60 personnel planning, coordinating and executing administration, operations, logistics and training tasks
• Conducted training and education to support operations for over 100 units and organizations representing 10,000+ Service Members and Civilians
• Plan, manage and execute a $1.3 Million dollar budget covering operations, training/education, logistics, personnel, supply and maintenance expenditures
• Improved training and education efficiency decreasing required training cycle time by nearly 50%

Assistant Chief of Staff, G-3, Force Headquarters Group – New Orleans, LA Aug 2015 – Jun 2017
Directed operations of a 4500 Marine force representing 13 subordinate commands located across the United States

• Led and directed a staff of over 30 personnel executing training and education management, operations, logistics support, and medical operational support to units, training exercises, and operational deployments

Section Head, FDP&E Policy Section, National Plans Division, HQMC – Washington, DC Jul 2012 – Jul 2015
Assigned as Service lead for USMC Reserve Component (RC) Integration and Force Deployment Planning and Execution (FDP&E) policy development.

• Led a directorate of 6 Force Deployment and Reserve Policy experts.
• Designed and implemented two Service level mobilization Table Top Exercise.
• Initiated design and development of the first comprehensive Web-Based Marine Corps mobilization training tool for Senior Leaders.
• Coordinated with Marine Corps Systems Command and Marine Corps Combat Development Command in requirement identification, programming, development, testing and release of current and future versions of the Service FDP&E feeder system (JFRG II) and modernization efforts.

Conducted operational logistics planning as a member of the II MEF (Fwd) Logistics Directorate in CONUS and Afghanistan.

• Assisted the Director in management of over 100 Marines, Army, UK service members, and civilians to perform multi-functional logistics operations in support of a 20,000 person force located in 3 countries.
• Served as Logistics subject matter expert for CENTCOM level planning effort for integration of United Kingdom (UK) augments.
• Served as Logistics subject matter expert for CENTCOM level planning effort to phase logistics personnel out of Afghanistan.

Operations Officer, Marine Corps Logistics Command (LOGCOM) – Albany, GA Jul 2006 – Jun 2009
Traversed multiple resource domains to effectively optimize available manpower and equipment against specific requirements

• Led and directed a Staff of over 10 personnel executing operational logistics planning in support of deployed units and training exercises.
• Lead planner in developing and refining LOGCOM's role in support of USMC Equipment Reset efforts
• Lead planner in developing and refining LOGCOM's role in support of USMC equipment retrograde out of Iraq and simultaneous equipment transfer into Afghanistan.
• Provided manpower and equipment solutions to support operational requirements throughout the Kuwait, Iraq and Afghanistan theatres.
