I have 35 years of experience in upper level HR management as well as 20 years experience as a consultant in the area of HR management. Not only can I advise in the area of HR careers, but also in the areas of what ALL employers are looking for in a prospective hire as well as in an employee. I feel I can also be of service in helping with resumes and preparing for the interview process - from applying for a job through the offer stage, including employers' compliance with anti-discrimination laws and regulations. My personal job and consulting experience is in all sectors including for and non-profit businesses, ranging from airlines, publishing, local government, retail, and light and heavy manufacturing.
