About Tighe
I am an Operations professional with extensive experience in Operations and Planning roles in various components of the U.S. Army. I am currently serving as a Leadership Development Program Manager to the future leaders of the military as a Command and General Staff Officer Lead Instructor. I am Experiential Learning Model (ELM) & Evaluating Instruction (EIC) Certified.
I have vast experiences as an Operations Manager & Planning / Customer Experience (CX) professional with multiple years of experience in Customer Experience Operations & Business Strategy / Planning. I have led front line employees who provided world-class service in a customer contact center while delivering extraordinary customer experiences during critical moments of importance. Scaled Agile Framework Execution (SAFe) Certified & carry an active General Lines License with an emphasis on Life, Health, and Accident.
I have a Masters of Arts in Leadership Studies from UTEP, Bachelors of Arts in Criminal Justice from USM and am currently enrolled in an MBA program at Sam Houston State University with an expected graduation date of August 2021.
