About George
I'm graduated from the U.S. Military Academy in 1993 with a degree in Environmental Engineering. After 5 years of Active Duty as an Engineer Officer, I transitioned to a civilian career. I started in the chemical industry and after 3 years I transitioned to BP in 2001. I've been with BP for almost 20 years and worked domestically and internationally in HSSE, Engineering and Sales/Marketing positions. I currently manage an international team of specialists that cover regulatory compliance, environment and emergency response plans for projects across the globe.
I've been married for over 22 years, have two teenage children, and still serve in the Texas Army National Guard.
