Arthur Cone is a seasoned sales executive in the consumer goods industry recognized for his ability to lead diverse cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results in a timely and cost-effective manner. With comprehensive experience in professional foodservice management and in consumer goods executive sales positions, Arthur is acutely aware of the sales executive’s role in facilitating strategic objectives and in adding value to the client’s operations. Specific expertise in building customer relationships, managing broker and distributor networks, hands on culinary expertise, and meeting business plan goals allow Arthur to deliver exceptional business growth while managing critical operational overhead costs.
Arthur is highly articulate and is an excellent communicator in leading executive level presentations and in training field associates. Prior to Coca-Cola, Arthur served as a District Manager for The Compass Group, Eurest Dining Division managing a diverse portfolio of large retail corporate dining and vending locations. This included direct supervision of 15 foodservice GMs, two vending branch GMs and 100+ hourly associates in a three state region with sales exceeding $10million annually.
Arthur earned his BA degree in economics from The College of William and Mary and his AOS degree in Culinary Arts and Foodservice Management from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Additional educational credits were from received from the Radford University MBA program along with course participation in Collaborating for Value, advanced MS Office and Miller-Heiman Sales Modeling.
Arthur is a member of the Highlands Ranch, CO Rotary Club and the Highlands Ranch Chamber of Commerce. He volunteers regularly for school fundraising and field trip events. He enjoys cooking, golf, skiing and going for long walks with his family in the beautiful Colorado countryside.
