About Rob
My career started in the US Military (NAVY) where I served four years of active duty on a Guided Missile Frigate. I was a supervisor in the Combat Information Center and was also certified as an Anti-Submarine Air Controller. I served an additional eleven years in various active US Navy reserve units.
I began working in contact centers in the mid-1990's starting as a Team Leader and working through different disciplines within the Contact Center industry including: Training, Quality Assurance, Workforce Management, Telecom, CRM, Sales, Service and Help Desk to name a few.
Over the years, I have held increasing positions of responsibility from center Manager, Director through Senior Vice President with Global Oversight of contact centers.
I've also worked in various industries including: Retail, Internet (.com's), technology, government and Insurance.
