About Ken

I am very supportive of the military and veteran community and has worked with various military service organizations over the last 15 years and am more than willing to help servicemembers trying to transition to civilian business careers or starting their own business.

I also worked several years with the Wharton Small Business Development Center, consulted for Anderson Consulting (now Accenture) and has counseled numerous start-ups over the last 25 years, including as general counsel to two small cap publicly traded companies.

I have a solid background in business planning, analytics, forecasting, marketing, social media, intellectual property, contracting, policy, procedure, strategy, and compliance.

I revived, managed and grew a local Philadelphia Italian-American chamber of commerce into a viable business network in the region as well as a military service organization for the tri-state Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey region that assisted service members and their families with emergency financial assistance along with budgeting and other counseling. I was also responsible for organizing morale events and doing donor fundraising.

I holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law Delaware and a Masters in Law degree from Villanova University School of Law.
