In addition, I have extensive knowledge of program assessments and evaluations, research methodologies, instructional technology, and online learning. My certifications include Instructional Technology, Consulting Skills, Contracting Representative Officer (COR), Facilitation, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People®, The Speed of Trust, and DISC. Prior to working at NASA, I have accumulated over 20 years of experience in training, program management, addressing retention and social promotion in higher education among the minority student population, and encouraging continuous growth and development within the adult student population at universities and colleges such as Northern Virginia Community College, Troy University, University of Maryland University College, Park University, and Louisiana Tech University.

I served four years in the United States Army being stationed at Fort Riley, KS; Kitzigen, GE; and Washington, DC. I am a disabled veteran. I hold a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana Tech University, master’s degrees from Louisiana Tech University and Troy University, doctorate degree from Walden University, and a Graduate Certificate in Evidence-Based Coaching.
