About Cecilia
I am a Sr. Sales Coordinator which means I do a little bit of everything involving sales, credit, customer service and technical services. I have created many of the forms, systems and procedures we utilize to ensure miscommunication with customers is kept to a minimum, prevent credits / debits from occurring and to ensure training for new sales reps and continual training for current sales reps is prevalent.
I am passionate about seeing a problem and finding a solution that will stand the test of time that is easy on everyone involved to implement.
I feel it is everyone's responsibility to step up and help others learn and grow. My Team I care about is everyone at Martin Marietta whether they are in DFW, NC or anywhere else.
My Dad was retired Army and proudly served his country. He instilled in both my brother and I a sense of responsibility for ourselves, our family and our country. I am hoping to help in whatever way I can to further veterans futures in the work force. Veterans deserve our appreciation and gratitude because unless your military or part of a military family you do not truly understand everyone in the families sacrifice.
