About Paul
I am a Chief Master Sergeant retiring after almost 28 years of service. My background is primarily in security and law enforcement, although I also have time as a First Sergeant, instructor, and contract manager. I hold an MBA in Strategic Leadership, a BA and AA is Human Resources, and an AA in Criminal Justice. I also have certifications in Emergency Management and Professional Manager and am currently working on my certification in Project Management. I have excellent administrative skills and my written and verbal communication abilities are very well honed. My passion is in leading and developing personnel. I enjoy providing motivation and getting people to succeed even beyond what they thought they could. I am not fixed on a second career in security or law enforcement, although I would be fine with it as well. I am looking for a operations management or executive level position, perhaps in the human resources field.
