About Vince

I am a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. I separated from active-duty in 1989 and went into a career in law enforcement. After my LEO career, I started and operated four businesses including a video production business, a mindset coaching and leadership consulting business.

I also have extensive experience in the Department of Labor's (DOL) Transition Assistance Program (TAP) as a DOLEW workshop facilitator, a VA Benefits & Services advisor, and currently as a Lead Employment Navigator in the Employment Navigator Partner Pilot (ENPP).
I have significant experience advising and teaching military personnel on resumes, skills translation, key wording, interviewing techniques, and transition mindsets.

I earned my B.S. degree in Management from University of Phoenix, a Masters in Psychology of Leadership from Penn State University, and I am currently a doctoral student pursuing a Ph.D. in Performance Psychology. I'm married to an amazing woman for 34 years and live in San Diego, CA where I enjoy the best beaches in the U.S. My wife and I love to travel and great coffee anywhere where our travels take us. I love to golf, softball, scuba diving, videography, writing, and reading great personal development books.
