About Lionel
Throughout my diverse career, I have fine-tuned my project management and strategic business operation skills necessary to excel. I am a firm believer that the key to operational excellence is the ability to build high-performing teams who consistently achieve outlined business objectives and fostering strong partnerships relationships across all levels of an organization as well as living and breathing the P&L. Beginning my career as Platoon Leader with the United States Army to becoming a Operations Manager with BNSF Railway, I have seen first-hand the value of efficiently communicating with my teams to ensure alignment of resources to achieve shared goals.
I will graduate with an MBA in December. Around the same time I will be PMP certified as well as Agile-ACP certified.
I absolutely love to travel and expericence new cultures. I really enjoy playing golf although I'm terrible at it.
