Remver Consulting is a veteran, woman, and minority owned Business Continuity, Information Technology, and Cyber Security consulting firm. We help design, implement, maintain, and enhance comprehensive Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery Programs. Our innovative and strategic solutions include: IT and Cyber Risk Assessments, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity, and IT Disaster Recovery Plan development.
Dr. Tatum served in the military as an Automated Logistics Specialist. She served a tour in Korea, and a tour in Iraq. After those tours, she joined the Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) program, where she served in lieutenant-level leadership role in an Army National Guard unit. Prior to joining APS – Lockheed Martin, she was responsible for leading global Quality Reviews across Citigroup. She has worked at Catalyst Corporate and the University of Texas at Dallas (UT Dallas). Prior to joining UT Dallas, she worked as a government contractor in Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar.
She is an experienced innovative leader with more than 17 years of experience in operations and program management, team building, responsive quality services, and implementing team performance initiatives. She is an expert in protecting organizational assets through risk mitigation techniques and strategic cost-effective solutions. Dr. Tatum believes in achieving greatness by establishing strong, collaborative, and productive relationships to achieve a common goal. She believes in influencing and promoting strategic change.
Dr. Tatum earned her bachelor’s degree in international relations, master’s degree in national security - security and intelligence analysis, and doctorate in organizational development and change. She holds Sensitive Security Information (SSI), Professional Continuity Practitioner (PCP) and, Homeland Security certifications (CHS-I).
Her current book will help more than 78% of Americans who are living paycheck to paycheck by taking control of their career and finances.
