About Ronald

I've spent my career in the areas of leadership and development. I work as a leadership coach for individuals and also organizations. One of my specialties is assisting individuals making transitions to new experiences which can be a new job, new organization or from the military to civilian life. When employed at Johnson & Johnson, I designed and delivered leadership development programs worldwide; I have traveled all regions of the world and worked with people of various nationalities and cultures. I also am a military veteran and served in the Vietnam war.
