Military to Civilian Transition

If you are a transitioning service member or veteran looking to translate the skills you gained from your military service into your own business, the franchise model may be a great fit for you.

The franchise model is set up to help you succeed. The best part about it is you get to experience the freedom of being your own boss and self-sufficiency with the support of the system in the background, which means less stress and more time focusing on getting a return on your investment and accomplishing your goals.

Let’s put it this way; when you purchase a franchise, you receive the instructions on how to make that business work. Essentially, you receive your mission operations order (OPORD) along with your training manuals (TM’s) and regulations that tell you how it all works! Not only do you receive the tools to accomplish your mission (yes, you even get the equipment) you also have your staff resources working at the franchise. Have you ever been in a small company sized unit and reached out to the Battalion for operations support through supply, intelligence, or administrative, etc? The franchise model provides that in the form of marketing, lead generation, sales, customer service, payroll, and a variety of other topics pertaining to the operation of your business.

We are essentially investing in viable and tested systems that save you significant time, effort, and money. We can relate these systems to military Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and veterans are exceptional at executing SOPs.

Training and Support
Franchisors provide franchisees with support. Specifically, the critical training necessary to promote success. This training may include computer systems, inventory topics, point of sale, payroll, sales, marketing, advertising, and customer service. The type and frequency of this training will be outlined in the franchise disclosure documents, and the agreement.
When an entrepreneur starts his/her own private business there is no support structure in place. There is no parent figure or organization interested in the success of the business. There is no dedicated training pipeline to access. Becoming a franchisee provides you what you need, when you need it.

Proven success record.
Franchised businesses have proven past performance. The business model has shown success in one, or often numerous, market locations and industries.
