This came to my inbox today. A great way to add skills to your toolkit. Classes include Networking, Systems Administration, and Programming. Check it out. They claim its FREE to CA Residents:

Saisoft has been providing no-cost IT Training funded by the State of California's Employment Training Panel since 2003. This training is available to all employees working in California.

Saisoft delivers Live, Instructor-led online classes. The students attend classes using their own computers and an Internet connection. Also, students download Saisoft provided servers to do lab exercises and do not need to buy any software. For more information about this program, please click here.
